This documentary is crammed with interesting facts about Ireland's most famous writers. Starting with the writer's birthplace, images of the houses where they lived and worked give the viewer a glimpse into the artist's sense of place. Brief histories of each writer are given (and what they wrote while there) while short clips of each place described are shown. Beautiful scenes of fields, mountains, valleys, flowing streams, and peaceful lakes intersperse these shots of the dwellings showing us what the writers saw around them at various times of their lives.
